2. See something you like? If you find a resort you wish to reserve, you should request the room be held until the end of the auction.
How to hold a room:
After clicking the link above, select the geographic region and arrival dates you are interested in. Review the available resorts and arrival dates, click on the REQUEST button next to your arrival date, fill in the request form (including the auction number you are trying to win or already won) and submit the request.
Upon winning the auction, simply email us at:

Be sure to include the auction number, resort you previously reserved, and arrival date in the text of your email. We will confirm your reservation and your travel documents will be prepared!
Rooms only hold for 24 hours so bid accordingly. You must win the auction that you reference on your request. If you do not win that auction the hold on your unit will be released.
Remember: You do not have to hold a room before the auction ends. You may wait until the end of the auction to book your room, but OUR AVAILABILITY IS DYNAMIC AND EVER CHANGING so holding a room will allow you to win the resort you want!
Also, take note of the travel dates valid for the auction. You will find the best resorts and rooms 14 days prior to your departure since resorts hold their best inventory until the last minute. However, upon winning the auction, you may book a room for any available resort and/or arrival date in our system!

Your charge card will be billed at the time the auction is won so be sure to have a valid credit card on file. When you find the resort and travel dates you want, simply hold the room, email us, and we'll process your reservation!
Should you not find a room you are looking for, the amount paid can be applied to another auction offered on our site.
