PAMPERING
Time is the greatest luxury and onboard an MSC ship, life goes at your pace. Whatever your definition of relaxation, an MSC Cruise is your getaway to bliss. Sleep in or wake up early. Stroll around the deck or run on the jogging track. Get refreshed with a swim in one of the pools or relax your body and mind in the jacuzzi. Workout at the gym or sweat it out to one of the many aerobic and step classes offered on board. Treat yourself to a visit to the spa for a massage or a sauna.
Join in a game of cards, table tennis or shuffleboard or, if you're up for it, play a game of tennis or volleyball. Stretch out underneath the warm Mediterranean sun with a good book from the ship's library or catch up on the news from home with our daily Satellite News Review. Sip tropical drinks and lounge on a deck chair with new friends or browse through the duty free shops. If you're feeling tired, take an afternoon nap--a siesta is the Mediterranean way to restore your energy for the night ahead. Whatever you chose, there's always plenty to do on deck, even if you prefer to do absolutely nothing.

PORTS OF CALL
Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida
Once the epicenter of Spring Break, today Ft. Lauderdale is a year-round destination where culture and cuisine are in ample supply. Beautiful beaches, sunshine, coastline, nightclubs and superb restaurants await you in this Gold Coast enclave. More restaurants and shopping on Las Olas Boulevard or Himmarshee in downtown Ft. Lauderdale are a must.
Costa Maya, Mexico
Exploring the dense tropical vegetation and wide sandy bays of the Costa Maya, it's easy to imagine the days when sacrifice and slavery, rite and ritual were rampant in the Mayan culture. Even today, the countless ruins of temple walls, stairs and secret pathways exude magic and mystery. And when your archaeology lesson is complete, glorious stretches of coral sand may inspire you to build your own empire - of sand castles, of course!
Puerto Limon, Costa Rica
The lush, peaceful country of Limon, Costa Rica, has long been a well-kept secret among biologists and beachcombers. And it's easy to see why. More than 27 percent of Costa Rica's amazing terrain is designated as national park, biological reserve, wildlife refuge or some other category of protected area. Home to hundreds of thousands of species of exotic flora and fauna, this special fertile land is also a haven of spectacular beaches that stretch for miles, jungle rivers perfect for rafting and kayaking, and wonderful historic ruins.
Cristobal Pier, Panama
A star among Panama itineraries, the port of Cristobal serves the cities of Colýn and Panama City. It's a popular stepping off point for travelers wishing to explore the many sights and attractions both in the interior of Panama and along the coast.
Cartagena, Colombia
As rich in history as it is in emeralds, Cartagena is a jewel unto itself. You'll get a panoramic overview of the city and harbor from the heights of La Popa Monastery. Other sites not to miss: the artisan center of Las Bovedas (The Dungeons), Plaza Bolivar, the Palace of Inquisition and the Church of San Pedro Claver.
Samana (Puerto Levantado), Dominican Republic
Located on the Samaná Peninsula in the Dominican Republic, it is the ideal destination for a day of pure escapism. The white sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise waters are perfect for snorkeling and other water-sports swimming. This Island is also known to locals as Bacardi Island because of its palm trees resemblance to the ones in the rum distiller’s advertising spots. Has Paradise ever been so close?
