The ship offers many features already established by siblings Norwegian Dawn and Norwegian Star, including garden villas, 10 different restaurants, and an elaborate Mandara-operated spa. Also intriguing is that this ship, like the other two, is able to cruise at a maximum speed of 25 knots -- which gives NCL a lot of itinerary flexibility.

A major element of NCL's Freestyle cruising concept is an array of dining options where you can make reservations to dine at a time and table size of your choice. There will be ten restaurants in all featuring two main restaurants, a number of specialty restaurants and premium restaurants. Samana, Dominican Republic
The largest city on the peninsula, located approximately 100 miles east of Puerto Plata, is called Santa Bárbara de Samaná, or Samana, for short, and is a port town that overlooks the country's largest bay, Bahia de Samana. The majority of Samana's visitors come for the amazing Humback whale-watching excursions.
