The San Juan Beach Hotel is a 95-room boutique-style beachfront property, located in the trendy Condado area. All guestrooms have a view of the majestic Atlantic Ocean or the romantic Condado Lagoon. The hotel has an intimate setting, with friendly staff ready to serve and offer you a cheerful "good morning." In our mid-size property each guest is an additional member of the family.

The San Juan Beach Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Condado, 3 minutes from Old San Juan and 7 miles from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. We are currently under new management to better enhance our guest experience. The new beachfront San Juan Beach Hotel in the Condado area is walking distance from the finest restaurants, other popular beach areas, and high fashion stores, such as: Oggetti, Cartier, MontBlanc, Louis Vuitton, Nono Maldonado, and Rich Art et Chocolat, among others.

The combined quality of gracious personalized service at an affordable price, distinguishes the new San Juan Beach Hotel.

Stay a minimum of 1 night or up to 7 nights as desired and based on availability.

Tax and service charges of $32.00 additional per room per night.
