This is a Bid Per Person Auction. Bid for the price you are willing to pay for a single person. When you win, you may request up to 8 people to travel at your per person winning price each. For example, if you win this auction for $50, then up to 8 people may travel for $50 each! At least 2 people must travel.

and cruise the majestic Three Gorges of the Yangtze River!

Depart from Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland (Oregon) or from many other U.S. & Canadian departure cities at additional costs (see Departure Cities click-thru below for details) to BEIJING, CHINA on one of the following dates:

ITINERARY

Day 1: USA or CANADA to BEIJING
Fly TransPacific aboard a wide-cabin 747 jetliner. Cross the International Date Line.

Day 2: BEIJING
Upon arrival in Beijing, China's dynamic capital city, you are escorted to the Capital Beijing Hotel to check in.

Day 3: BEIJING
Today's full day tour visits vast Tian An Men Square, the Imperial Palace in the once Forbidden City and the exquisite Summer Palace with a boat ride on its Lake Kunming. (weather permitting)

Day 4: BEIJING
Today, experience a highlight of your tour as you walk the ancient ramparts of the astonishing Great Wall. After lunch, visit a cloisonne factory to watch the skilled artisans create their intricate designs. Then stroll along the Sacred Way to the Ming Tombs and Chang Ling Exhibition Hall.

Day 5: BEIJING to CHONGQING
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Chongqing. After dinner (on your own account), board your Victoria Cruise Ship, The Victoria Empress to begin your memorable downstream cruise.

Day 6: YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE - FENGDU*
At Fengdu, a shore excursion shows Mingshan Hill's unique temples, with statues of ghosts and devils.

*Alternate shore excursion may visit Shibaozhai or Wanzhou.

Day 7: YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE - QUTANG GORGE to DANING RIVER SMALL GORGES or SHENNONG STREAM/WU GORGE/XILING GORGE
Cruise through the first of the fabled Three Gorges: Qutang Gorge, hemmed by mossy cliffs. At Wushan, an excursion takes you up the Daning River to view the famed Small Gorges. Continue by sampan to the picturesque mini-gorges of the Ma Du River. Alternatively, your excursion may be on Shennong Stream with its impressive small gorges. Sail on through Wu Gorge, celebrated for its Twelve Peaks. Cruise through Xiling Gorge, most scenic of all the gorges. Finally, sail through the Three Gorges ship lock.

Day 8: YANGTZE RIVER CRUISE - XILING GORGE/SAN DOU PING/ YICHANG to SHANGHAI
Morning visit to the Three Gorges Dam site. Continue on to Yichang where you disembark from your ship and transfer for your flight to Shanghai. On arrival in cosmopolitan Shanghai, transfer to Hua Ting Hotel & Towers.

*If direct flight is not available, travel by motorcoach to Wuhan and fly to Shanghai.

Day 9: SHANGHAI
Sightsee Shanghai: Nanjing or Huai Hai Road Shops, Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Yuan Garden, a carpet factory, The Bund, and see a charming performance at the Children's Palace.

Day 10: SHANGHAI to USA or CANADA
Fly homeward aboard United Airlines wide-cabin jetliner.

Single Supplement: Accommodations are based on double occupancy and a minimum of 2 passengers must travel. An $850.00 single supplement is available for odd numbered parties over 2 people.

All U.S. & Canadian Citizens travelling to China require a Visa.

The passenger names submitted to Skyauction must be spelled exactly as appears on the Passport. Any fees associated with name changes are the passengers' responsibility.

Minimum of 6 passengers required for guaranteed departures. Supplemental charges apply if the group is less than 6 members.

Fuel Surcharge Notification

Over the past several months the fuel surcharges on airline tickets have been changing almost daily in some cases. While Skyauction.com is contracted with the airlines we sell, we do not have any commitment from the carriers guaranteeing that fuel surcharges will not increase without advance notice. This being the case we are informing all of our customers that we will have to pass along any increase in these surcharges that may transpire from the time an auction has been won until the time it is confirmed by us and tickets issued. We realize that this will add additional costs to many auctions that have been won and we will keep you informed of any surcharges that have changed as we process your reservations. You will have to option to accept or be withdrawn from any auction based on an unforeseen increase in fuel surcharges at the time of confirmation.
