All units are 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and
have 1 3/4 baths, 1 king bed, 1 double bed
and 1 sleep sofa. The second bedroom is
very small. No pets allowed. A car is
necessary to enjoy both the French and
the Dutch sides of the island. You will
need proof of U.S. citizenship (a
passport or original birth cert.) to meet
immigration requirements. Upon leaving
you will be charged a departure tax of
US$30 per person. A major credit card or
US$200 cash is needed at check in for
security deposit. No coin operated
laundry is available. Laundry service is
provided for a fee as is daily maid
service. Units are ocean or beach front.
