Harbortown Point Marina Resort & Club is nestled in the Ventura Harbor where the sunny, breezy weather keeps the temperatures in the 70s and 80s. Ventura Harbor is located 30 miles south of Santa Barbara and one hour north of Los Angeles. Surrounded by mountains, oceans, and calm harbor waters, the resort has the best of all worlds to delight all ages. The resort has an outdoor heated pool, glass-enclosed spa, snack bar, complimentary movies, bikes, and a boat dock. The family can enjoy golf facilities, two public beaches, shops, and restaurants all only one mile away.
Additional Information
Each unit has a patio, and a partial
kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven,
and a 2-burner stove. Also included is a
television, VCR, telephone, iron/board,
oscillating fan, and a gas fireplace. The
units are 'not' air-conditioned. Studio
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, a
queen bed, and a queen sleep sofa. 1BR
units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 2
queen beds, and a queen sleep sofa. There
is a privacy curtain around the bed in the
living room area. Resort has an elevator.
NO pets are allowed. A US$250 security
deposit required at check-in payable by
cash or Visa/MC/Discover/Amex imprint for
keys, remote control, video tapes, and
room damage; refunded at check-out when
above items are returned. Office hours:
8 am to 5 pm Sunday-Thursday, and 8 am to
10 pm Friday and Saturday. You MUST call
to make special arrangements for arrivals
after office hours, or to arrange for boat
docking. The resort has a TTR phone and
television decoder for hearing impaired
guests.
