Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at
10AM. HOTEL units do not have kitchen
facilities. STUDIO units offer one room
with living and sleeping areas combined.
Coffee maker and microwave are provided in
STUDIOS. 1,2 and 3 bedroom units include
full kitchens with varying bed structures.
There is no shuttle service provided by
the resort. Some units are handicapped
accessible. No pets are allowed at the
resort. Guests must be 21 years old to
check-in. A credit card imprint or US$100
security deposit is required at check-in.
The resort strictly enforces occupancy.
The resort reserves the right to assign a
different unit of the same type as con-
firmed. NOT ALL UNITS OFFER AN OCEAN VIEW.
Resort cannot accommodate requests for
ocean view units due to volume of owner
and guest activity. All Hawaii resorts
charge a Transient Accommodations Tax for
timeshare rooms confirmed. The resort
will collect US$25- US$35 per interval
confirmed based on unit size.
