The site is nestled in a dense grove of coastal cypress trees. There is a sense of privacy, nice surroundings, and no traffic noise from Shoreline Highway. The site is located on Shoreline Highway at the intersection of the access road to the Point Arena Lighthouse. Many nearby visitor amenities are available; venues include an 18-hole golf course at Sea Ranch roughly 20 minutes away. The town of Gualala is about 15 minutes away with numerous restaurants and shops. Close by are the towns of Mendocino and Fort Bragg as well as the Anderson Valley wine region.

camp-ground setting. Each unit is 400 sq
feet and features a cable TV, telephone
and a gas fireplace. Units are not air-
conditoned. 1BR units OCC Max 4/Pri 2
have 1 queen bed, 1 pull out sleeper
sofa, a full bath, and a full kitchen
which includes a dishwasher and
microwave/convection oven. Upgrades are
not available, as this is the only size
unit at the resort. A car is required to
fully enjoy the area. Laundry facilities
are located on site. If arriving after
office hours please call the resort at
707/882-2440 during these office hours to
make arrangements to be able to get into
your unit. Mon-Th 8a-6p; Fri 8a-9p; Sat
6a-8pm; Su 9a-5p. This is a
non-smoking facility. Smoking not
allowed inside any of the units. No Pets
Allowed on the premises. The resort is
being refurbished and there will be
construction noise through July 2008.
