All units have fireplace, TV, VCR/DVD,
washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher
and microwave. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms.
2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2
baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds or 1 queen
bed and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max
8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen
bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa.
Units are 2-story; many stairs inside and
outside the units. Not handicap accessible
Check-in 4PM Fri and Sun; all other days
before 4PM. Office closes 6PM Fri and Sun
and 4PM all other days. Contact resort for
late check-in arrangements. US$50
security deposit required. Some Maid
service available for a fee. No pets.
Violation will result in fine and eviction
Resort is at altitude 5,200 feet and is
not handicap accessible. Outdoor pool
is seasonal. Resort property is
non-smoking. Lake Arrowhead is a
private lake with limited access.
