Each suite is beautifully accented with
French doors that open to a semi-private
terrace and breathtaking views of desert
paradise. Each air-conditioned elegant
suite comes with an entertainment center
with 37" plasma TV and DVD, convection
oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and
toaster. There is no stove top or oven
in the unit. Orange Tree offers 740 sq
ft, 1BR units Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath and
either 1 king bed or two beds with a full
sleep sofa. The buildings are two
stories with no elevators. Please be
aware that parking can be a distance from
your unit. Transportation can be arranged
to and from your unit with the front
desk. There is free high speed internet
access. A US$100 credit card deposit is
required at check-in. Smoking is not
permitted in the units. No pets are
allowed at the resort. Daily cleaning is
available for US$5 per day (light
cleaning) or US$10 per day for a full
clean.
