oven. Some units have air-conditioning.
Units in the 400, 500 and 600 series have
full kitchens with a full-sized
refrigerator, stove and an oven. Coin
operated laundry facilities are located on
site. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 and
Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 double Murphy
bed, and 1 sleep sofa in the same room
with a partial kitchen. 1BR units OCC:
Max 6/ Pri 4 vary and may have either 1
or 2 baths and either 2 double beds and 1
sleep sofa or 1 double bed and 2 sleep
sofas. Pets, rollerblades, skateboards,
scooters, and candles are not permitted.
Provincetown has a large gay community.
Many area attractions are closed between
the end of October to Memorial Day. A car
is required to fully enjoy the area. The
property is a motel conversion with three
floors and does not have an elevator A
US$20 key deposit and US$100 security
deposit are required. Guests must notify
the resort staff in advance if checking in
after midnight. Guests must be 21 years
of age to check-in, ID required.
