television and are air conditioned. The
kitchen includes a microwave oven.
Laundry facilities are on premises.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 studio bed and 1 Murphy bed located in
the same room. 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4
have either 1 or 2 baths and either 1 king
bed and 2 sleep sofas; or 1 king bed, 1
sleep sofa and 1 studio bed; or 2 double
beds and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max
8/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double
beds and 2 sleep sofas. No pets are
allowed on property. No boats campers or
motorhomes are allowed on the premises
overnight. This resort does not have
handicap accessible units. A US$200
security deposit is required at check-in.
There is a US$10 fee for any lost or
unreturned keys at check-out. You will be
assessed US$.27 for each call dialed out.
To fully enjoy your stay a car is
recommended. Mandatory Resort Amenity
fee of US$20 charged for wireless
internet, movies, library, Tuesday BBQ,
and in-room safe is non-refundable.
