kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, and
microwave. Note: Units are multi-level
with a number of stairs. No air
conditioning in units. 2BR units OCC:
Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2
twin beds, 1 sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC:
Max 8/Pri 8 have either 2 or 2.75 baths
and varying bed structures. 4BR units
OCC:Max 10/Pri 8 have 2.5 baths, 1 king
bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twins. Maximum
occupancy strictly enforced; no upgrades
available. All unit occupants must be
minimum age 25 unless accompanied by a
