conditioned with a full gourmet kitchen,
microwave oven and washer/dryer. Each home
has a private screened-in pool, one car
garage and two King Master rooms with
Jacuzzi tubs. 3BR Homes OCC: Max 8/Pri 8
have 3 baths, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds
and 1 queen sleep sofa in the living room
area. ** Houses are assigned upon
arrival. ** A security deposit of US$150
is required. Guests must be 21 years of
age or older to register. * No pets
allowed on property.* A car is
recommended to fully enjoy the area.
Summer Bay Resort's shopping center
is located on property with a grocery
store, pizza shop, library and more.
Summer Bay Resort offers free air-
conditioned shuttle transportation to
transfer guests to the several locations
on the 365 acre resort. For a fee of
US$10-$14 round trip per person, the
resort offers a shuttle to Sea World,
Universal, other attractions and shopping.
There is a fee to use the wireless
internet service in the houses.
