The Sands at Grace Bay is a luxury hotel in the Turks and Caicos Islands offering the discriminating traveler a degree of luxury and quiet privacy rarely encountered. Every aspect of the resort suites suggest a warm, relaxing atmosphere where there is an emphasis on superior amenities and friendly personal service.  

Offer is based on a Single or Double Occupancy in a Studio Courtyard. Upgrades to Gardenview (+$65 per night) and Oceanview (+ $115 per night) available.

Studios have either a queen or king size bed with a sitting area, private screened balcony (not Studio Courtyard), washer/dryer (available in all Studio Gardenviews and most Studio Oceanviews) and kitchenette. The kitchenettes include a mini-fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware, cutlery and a small sink. 

Upgrades to One Bedroom Suite Gardenview (+ $185 per room per night) or Oceanview (+ $235 per night) also available.

1 Bedroom Suites have a queen or king size bed with a private screened balcony, a living/dining room that has a queen size sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery.

Two bedroom Suites Gardenview (+ $285 per night) or Oceanview (+ $335 per night).

2 Bedroom Suites have a king size bed in master bedroom, king or queen size bed in second bedroom, two full bathrooms, private screened balcony, living/dining room with a queen size sleeper sofa and a full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full stove, large microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, dinnerware and cutlery.

Extra Guests:
Maximum of two additional people allowed in One or Two Bedroom Suite categories only. The extra person charge between Now and April is $40.00 and May and December is $25.00 

Children:
Children twelve and under stay free when sharing a room with their parents (maximum of two).
