television and a full kitchen. The resort
has three floors and no elevators. 1BR
OCC:Max 4/Pri 2 has 1 bath, 1 king bed
& 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC:Max
6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 2 twin
beds & 1 sleep sofa. **Occupancy
limits are strictly enforced at this
resort.** All children should be included
in the maximum occupancy. If more people
arrive than authorized occupancy
confirmed, resort may deny check-in. If
staying more than 10 days, room cleaning
and linen change will be done after 7
days. 1BR has 8 and 2BR has 12 bath
towels. US$2 charge for more sets. Hawaii
resorts charge a tourist tax of
approximately US$20-$40 per unit/per
week. There is a mandatory unit prep fee
of US$50. Air conditioning is optional.
The air conditioner fee for a 1BR unit is
US$10 per day and US$12 per day for 2BR.
