Your vacation home is air-conditioned and
has a telephone and remote control
televisions. Studio units are very small
and only have a mini-refrigerator and
microwave oven inside the closet. All 1BR
and 2BR units have full kitchens,
washer/dryers, screened-in porches, and
some units have Jacuzzi bathtubs. The
studio units have 317 square feet. Studio
units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 2
double beds. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 1 bath, 1 king or queen bed and 1
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6
have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, 2
double beds and 1 sleep sofa. Check-in
on Saturday at 4:00 PM. Check-in
location is at Alhambra at Poinciana's
front office. ** Please notify the resort
it you will arrive after 11PM so special
arrangements can be made. ** A credit
card imprint is required at check-in or
US$100 cash. Cash will then be refunded
by mail. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets
are prohibited. Parking is not available
for boats, campers or RV's, however,
a campground is less than 5 miles away.
Resort has 2 floors, no elevator.
