Holiday Vacation Condominium is centrally located to all of the Cape's wonderful attractions. The indoor pool provides year-round swimming. During the warmer months, relax by the resort's new outdoor pool. In nearby Hyannis, from July through Labor Day, you can see theater-in-the-round at the Melody Tent or take a harbor tour that offers a view of the Kennedy family's summer home. Whale-watching tours are popular from early April through late October. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

Each Holiday vacation home offers air-
conditioning, television, VCR and hair
dryers in the bathrooms. All units have a
coffee maker, sink and a refrigerator. DUE
TO CITY ORDINANCE, NO COOKING FACILITIES
ARE IN THE UNITS. A community kitchen is
offered in the clubhouse between the hours
of 9am - 7pm. Studio units OCC: Max
2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1
bath, 1 Queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths,
1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. Units
accessable only by stairs are 21-25 and
41-43. Check-in is from 4-7 PM. If you
anticipate a late arrival, contact the
resort in advance for check-in
instructions. A US$50 CASH security
deposit is required. To fully enjoy the
area, a car is recommended. Pets are not
allowed at the resort. Holiday Vacation
is a motel conversion, located on busy
Route 28. Phone instructions:
