for changes. Your air-conditioned unit at
Sunrise Ridge features a full kitchen, a
whirlpool tub (not in handicap units), a
washer/dryer, 2 TVs and a VCP. Some units
have a gas fireplace. All units have a
large balcony or patio and have
breathtaking views of the Smokey
Mountains. 1BR deluxe OCC: Max 4/Pri 4
have 1 king bed and a queen sleep sofa.
1BR Standard units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 (no
fireplace) have a queen bed and queen
sleep sofa. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 2
king beds and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR
OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 are loft units with 2
king beds, 2 twin beds and a sleep sofa.
No pets or RV parking allowed.
