kitchen, whirlpool tub in most master
baths, televisions, DVD, VCR and washer/
dryer. Some units have balconies. Studio
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
king and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 1BR units
OCC Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 2 baths, 1 king
bed and 1 sleeper sofa. 2BR units OCC:
Max6/Pri6 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2
twin beds in 2nd BR, and 2 queen sleep
sofa in LR. 3BR units OCC: 8/Pri 8 have 2
or 3 baths, 1 king bed, 4 twin beds, 1
queen sleeper sofa or 2 king beds, 2 twin
