on the ocean side of the street. Ocean-
front units have elevators, all other
units do not have elevators and are not
handicapped accessible. All are air
conditioned and have a television with
HBO. Coin laundry facilities are
available on-site. 1BR units OCC: Max
4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1
sleep sofa. 3BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6
have 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1
queen sleep sofa. No pets are allowed. A
US$100 deposit required at check-in
(payable by check or credit card only).
This will be returned after inspection of
the unit at check-out. Buildings 3, 4, 7,
8, 14, 18, 19 and 20 have elevator
access. All other buildings access units
via stairs. All unit assignments are final
Sand dunes are very high and can cause
obstruction of view. Resort cannot
guarantee specific views. No public
transportation available, car is
recommended. Each guest is only allowed 2
parking passes per unit. No boats or
trailers are allowed.
