Ninety minutes north of Atlanta's International Airport, Petit Crest Villas at Big Canoe is an escape to a beautiful mountainous setting located inside a Private Gated Community. Follow hiking trails past natural waterfalls which compliment the area. You can play golf on the 27-hole championship golf course. Play tennis on the indoor and outdoor courts or enjoy boating or fishing. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the swim club is open with an outdoor pool, paddleboats, and canoes. Resort features a state-of-the art fitness center. Fees apply for all amenities, please contact the resort.

Check in time is at 4pm. If you will be
arriving after 5pm you must notify the
resort in advance. The office is closed
on Sundays. Look for a vacation package
in the mail from Petit Crest 2 weeks prior
to arrival. If not received call 706-268-
3600. Mapquest & navigation systems
do not work for locating the property!
Resort access is mountainous with curving
roads. Each villa has a full kitchen,
DVD/VCR, washer/dryer, air conditioning
and has an electric fireplace. All villas
are 2BR loft OCC: Max 8/Pri 6 and have 2
baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen
sleeper and 2 twin beds in the loft,
Units are non-smoking. Occupancy is
strictly enforced. There are many steps
leading to most villa entrances (as many
as 31). No pets allowed. US$100 security
deposit required at check-in. Only 2
parking spots available per villa. Guests
will need to drive to most amenities. No
motor homes, campers, boats, trailers,
U-Hauls, ATVs, or bicycles allowed on the
premises. The resort charges fees for all
amenities including outdoor pool and
