A third guest/adult can be accommodated at the same bid price plus taxes and seasonal surcharges as the first 2 travelers. We will increase the invoice to 3 guests after submission with comments

 Children:
 - 3 and under are free all year

 - Up to 2 children, 4 - 12 years of age, free when sharing a room with 2 adults during the "Free Kids Season" as follows:

 * Now thru February 13, 2008
 * March 30, 2008 - June 26, 2008
 * August 17, 2008 - December 19, 2008

All other seasons, children 4 - 12 years of age pay $50 per child per day.

A third child over and above 2 adults and 2 children can be accommodated for $35 per day all year.

- Up to 2 children, 13 - 17 years of age, pay $60 per child per day all year.

Taxes and seasonal surcharges do not apply in above children's rates.

Stay a minimum of 2 nights or up to a maximum of 14 nights as desired and based on availability.

Seasonal Surcharges apply for hotel stays during certain time periods. See below for complete details.

Tax and service charge of $32 per person per night is additional.
