Oasis Viva Beach Resort:

Effective January 3 – 31 and March 24 – December 20, 2008:
Children 12 years of age and younger will stay & eat “free” when sharing accommodations with two paying adults (maximum 2 kids per room, using existing bedding).

February 1 – March 23, 2008:
• Children 06 years of age and younger are free ALL YEAR when accompanied by two paying adults sharing the same room.

• Children 07 to 12 years of age will pay $ 30.00 per child, per night. When traveling with two paying adults (Maximum 2 children sharing the same room).

• Children 13 years of age and older, will pay regular extra person net rate

Additional Guests: Additional guests sharing the room are $50 per person per night. Seasonal surcharges are applicable on the extra guests during the winter surcharge period.

2 children 12 and under are free of charge when sharing a room with at least 2 paying adults.


Tax and service charges of $32 per person per night are additional.
