Long Bay is located on the tropical paradise of Tortola, the largest of the British Virgin Islands. The north shore of the island is draped with a dozen of the Caribbean's most striking beaches and commanding hilltop views. The island's south shore is bustling with historic attractions and water sports.

• Shopping: The Elegant Pelican, located next to the reception offers hidden treasures of luxury resort wear and gifts, as well as basic vacation necessities, reading material and video rentals. The Pelicatessen is your resort source for tasty treats and gourmet specialties. The Sporting Pelican offers a range of tropical and sports clothing as well as water sport rental equipment.
• Sports: Long Bay offers a full pro tennis shop and 2 lighted artificial grass courts ($). Our air-conditioned fitness center is complimentary to guests and is the most sophisticated facility of its type in all or the British Virgin Islands. The Spa at Long Bay offers a tempting variety of treatments designed to rejuvenate the mind and body. The resort also features a fresh-water pool.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Accommodations offered as part of this auction are in a Hillside Oceanview Room! Set on the hillside approximately 100 yards from the beach, rooms feature either a king or two twin beds. All are tastefully decorated with air-conditioning, bath/shower, hairdryer, cable television, telephone, ceiling fan and terrace with a fabulous view of the ocean.

FINE DINING:

• Palm Terrace: Continental and Caribbean gourmet fare, acclaimed as the finest cuisine in the BVI, is offered in an elegant setting with a backdrop of floodlit tropical gardens. Our chef prepares a new menu daily each offering a new experience. The wine list is extensive featuring the finest North American and European wines. Reservations are recommended.
• 1748: The oldest "new" restaurant is set in a converted 18th Century sugar mill on the island's finest beach, its tables are on the upper or lower decks or right beneath the seagrape trees on the sands. Enjoy delicious grills, beach barbecues or fresh-from-the-reef seafood, every meal enhanced by attentive service and the sound of the surf.
• The Beach Bar is open throughout the day and evening for you to enjoy a cocktail with breakfast, lunch or dinner. Happy Hour is held evening from 4pm - 6pm.
• The Pelican Pool Bar serves tropical refreshments and tasty snacks to swim-up customers and poolside loungers.
• The Terrace Bar is a popular spot to unwind over cocktails in the bar and on the terrace from 6:30pm onwards.

Offer is based on single/double occupancy in a *Hillside Oceanview Room. *One King bed or 2 twin beds. Maximum occupancy 2 guests.

*Hillside Oceanview rooms are no longer available due to refurbishment. You may upgrade to a Deluxe Oceanview room for an additional $30 per night.

Upgrades to a Beachfront room is available for an additional $85.00 per night.  This room can accommodate up to 4 guests in two double beds however the third and fourth person must pay a fee of $25 per person per night at the hotel.

Tax and service charge of $49.00 per room per night are additional.
