conditioned and have cable television.
All units also have a full kitchen with
the exception of units 5 and 6. These 2
units have a partial kitchen consisting of
a 4-burner stove, microwave and full size
refrigerator. Studio units OCC: Max
2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen bed. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath and a queen
bed in each bedroom. No pets are allowed.
THE RESORT HAS THREE FLOORS AND NO
ELEVATORS AND FOUR STEPS ARE NECESSARY TO
ACCESS THE BUILDING. Information on
attractions is available. A car is not
necessary as New Orleans has a good bus
system. Bus stops 100 ft. from the
resort. THE PARKING GARAGE IS NO LONGER
OPERATIONAL There is no 24 hour check-in
desk. PLEASE CALL 504/491-7463 FOR
CHECK-IN PROCEDURES AT LEAST 48 HOURS
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL SO THE ON-SITE
HOSTS CAN GREET YOU. Office is closed
