Golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, Fantasy Harbour, Barefoot Landing, marinas, seafood restaurants, and nightclubs are all within minutes of the resort. And, of course, the beach is at your doorstep. In addition to the beach, you'll find amenities, such as an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi (covered and heated during winter months), and exercise equipment. For sight-seeing, be sure to visit Brookgreen Gardens and historic Georgetown. Unit Description:Your 1 BEDROOM SUITE will sleep up to 4 people, and has 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. All vacation condominiums at Beach House Golf and Racquet Club are air-conditioned and have a television, a telephone, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Important Information:* PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. * A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in payable by check, cash or credit card. * Only one on-site parking space allowed/per unit. * Guests checking-in must be 21 years of age or older. Tax and Service Charges of $295 per unit per week are additional. Your credit card will be charged at the close of the auction and documents will be sent out via email. Winner must have a valid credit card on file at the close of the auction, or you risk losing the room.  |
