conditioned and include a television,
washer/dryer, telephone and microwave
oven. All units have a balcony. Studio
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
sleep sofa and 1 queen bed. 2BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 bath, 1 queen
bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR
units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 baths, 2
queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
No pets allowed. EFFECTIVE 5/1/96, THERE
IS A NON-SMOKING POLICY FOR ALL UNITS;
CONTACT RESORT FOR QUESTIONS. Guests must
be 21 or older to check in. A US$100
security deposit required (during March
US$250) payable by cash or check; Resort
charges US$20/day for each person in unit
over occupancy limit. Minimal fees are
charged for amenities at adjacent country
club. CHECK-INS AFTER 5PM MUST CALL AHEAD
TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. A car is necessary
to enjoy the area. Resort has 2 floors -
no elevators. The beach is located
approximately 1 & 1/2 miles from the
resort.
