Enjoy a dip in the crystalline waters of one of the four on-site swimming pools (three are heated); enjoy one of the two on-site hot tubs, or practice your serve on one of three Clay Courts two blocks away. You also have access to the amenities of the Wyndhamm Ocean Palms resort, adjacent to Wyndham Sea Gardens.

The resort has two buildings on the beach
(studio units only on the beach side),
and five across the street. Hotel units
OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath, partial
kitchen, & king bed. Studio units
Occ: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed
and a sleep sofa all in one room. Hotel
units & studios are small and have no
balcony. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have
1 or 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, and a sleep
sofa. 1BR Lock-Off units (ending in 21,
22, 23, & 24) Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.7
baths and 1 queen bed, 1 king bed and 1
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 2 baths and varied bedding
configurations. Please contact resort
for details. No pets, RV'S, boats or
jet skis. Unit assignments are final. No
upgrades. Cannot check-in w/out
confirmation papers. Check-in is at 4PM.
Call in advance for late arrivals. Charge
for out-going calls if using phones in
units. A credit card security deposit and
photo ID are required upon arrival. Daily
and mid-week housekeeping available for a
fee. Unit view not guaranteed. Some
"B" units share a balcony with
lock-off unit.

21 Are Required At Check-in. Units Are Non Smoking. Pets
7/17/09Are Not Allowed. Unit Are Assigned At Check-in. Trailers,
Boats, Jet Skis, Rv's And All Over-sized Vehicles Are
Not Allowed On Property. Call The Resort To Discuss Any
Special Needs. Hotel Units Have A 2 Burner Stove, No Oven
And An Under The Counter "dormatory" Refrigerator.
7/17/09Resort Will Be Renovating The Studio Units On The Ocean Side
Of The Road Thru December 2011. During This Time, The Pool
On The Ocean Side Of The Street Will Be Closed.
