OCC: Max 3/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath (shower
only), a sofa day bed, and a murphy bed,
a bar refrigerator, coffee maker,
television, microwave oven, and bar sink.
Only Starlite studios include gas
fireplace and electric stovetop. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath
(shower only), 1 sleeper sofa, a queen
bed, a bar size sink, coffee maker,
microwave and a bar refrigerator. Only
Galaxy units have a full size
refrigerator. 2BR units have 2 queen beds
and 1 sleeper sofa with a partial kitchen.
All units are NON-SMOKING. The resort is
a bi-level motel conversion, no elevator.
THE UNITS ARE UNUSUALLY SMALL DUE TO
BUILDING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS PER THE
CITY. Most units do not have air
conditioning. No pets are allowed. The
resort is located at an altitude of
approximately 6,200 feet which may
aggravate some health conditions. Ski
seasons vary each year, contact the resort
to verify dates. Please notify the resort
for late arrivals. Effective 3/8/08 resort
charges mandatory fee of US$49 per week.
