Your vacation home at Xanadu Beach Resort
and Marina is fully air-conditioned and
comes equipped with a telephone and cable
TV. Hotel units 4/2 have 2 double beds, no
kitchen and a full bath. Studio units 4/2
have a queen bed, sleeper sofa, full
kitchen and a full bath. One bedroom units
have a queen bed, sleeper sofa, full
kitchen and 1.5 baths. Two bedroom units
8/4 have a king bed in the master bedroom
two double beds in the second bedroom and
a sleeper sofa in the living area. Please
note that both bathrooms are located in
the bedrooms. Government occupancy taxes
range from US$22.50 per person per week to
US$31.50 per person per week depending on
size booked. No Pets are allowed at the
resort. A car is recommended to fully
enjoy the area. US and Canadian citizens
must show proof of Citizenship.
