either a kitchenette or a full kitchen.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 queen bed, a sleep sofa and a mini
kitchen. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have
a full kitchen, 1 bath, 1 queen bed and a
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have a full kitchen, 2 baths, 1 king bed,
2 twin beds and a sleep sofa. 3BR OCC:
Max 8/Pri 6 have 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins,
and 1 sleep sofa. 1BR suites are not on
the beach side. Only 2BR in main building
are on beach side (not facing ocean).
Major credit card imprint is required at
check-in. Required government occupancy
tax varies from US$42 to US$52.50 per week
depending on unit size. Energy surcharge
of US$7 per night for studio; US$9 per
night for 1BR; US$12 per night for 2BR and
US$13.00 for 3br townhomes. Check with
your travel agent for required
documentation to enter and exit the
country. No pets are allowed at the
resort. The resort cannot accommodate unit
upgrades. Unit occupancy is enforced.
