  • Certificates have no cash value and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to stay, cancellations within 48 hours or "No Shows" may be subject to a charge by the hotel.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT SKYAUCTION.COM WILL NOT REFUND/EXCHANGE THE HOTEL CERTIFICATES IN THE CASE OF A CANCELLED RESERVATION.  ONCE PURCHASED THE HOTEL CERTIFICATES ARE THE FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE CUSTOMER.
