Situated on a hill overlooking Breckenridge's quaint main street, French Ridge Condominiums puts you in the heart of one of the West's favorite winter sports Meccas. Free shuttle service is available to Breckenridge and four other Summit County ski areas. When the snow melts, the pine forests and swift rivers of the Arapahoe National Forest promise a totally different world of outdoor recreation. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, Jeep tours, white-water rafting, and fishing are favorite activities. You can also tee off at one of Summit County's three championship golf courses.

Each unit at French Ridge Condominiums has a television with VCP. Most units have a full kitchen with microwave.No elevators. Ski seasons vary each year, contact the resort to verify dates. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas. 1BR lock off "A" units are similar to a hotel setting max 2 with 1 queen bed and 1 bath room. NO KITCHENS IN "A" UNITS! "A" units also have no laundry and no hot tub use. 1 BR lock off "B" units max 4 priv 2 have 2 twins in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Full Kitchen facilities, laundry and hot tub are available. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/ Pri 6 have either 2 or 2 1/2 baths, 1 sleep sofa, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 3 BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 8 have 2 1/2 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleeper sofa. 2 and 3 BR units each have a fireplace, whirlpool spa and a washer/dryer. Office hours on Saturday are 8:30-6:00 pm. If planning on arriving after 6 PM on Sat. call the office to get the lock box code and location. No pets are allowed.
