Offer is based on Studio accommodations which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Upgrades are available as follows:
2 Bedroom Villa, sleeps maximum 8 guests for an additional $45 per night.
3 Bedroom Villa, sleeps maximum 11 - 12 guests for an additional $65 per night.
4 Bedroom Villa, sleeps maximum 14 - 16 guests for an additional $95 per night.

Taxes and incidentals are the sole responsibility of the guests and payable at the resort. Taxes are 12.5% of the standard rates which are approx:

Studio: $11.13 - 13.63 per night for standard season. 
2 BR Villa:  $22.38 - $27.38 per night for standard season 
3 BR Villa:  $32.38 - $36.13 per night for standard season
4 BR Villa:  $43.63 - $47.38 per night for standard season

Taxes are higher on surcharge periods. We can advise the exact tax amount in adance based on requested dates.
