Offer is based on single/double occupancy in One-Bedroom Grand Suite (Run of House) with a maximum occupancy 4 people. The maximum room occupancy per suite is 4, including infants/children.
Children:
Up to two children 12 years old and under stay free in room when accompanied by one or two full paying adults and using existing bedding. Kids age 13 and over are consider extra guests. Children age 17 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult in the room.
Extra Guests:
High bidder may add a 3rd guest for an additional $25.00 per night.
High bidder may add a 3rd and 4th guest for an additional $50.00 per night.
Stay a minimum of 3 nights or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability.
Tax and service charges are INCLUDED in your purchase price.
