Highlights
Banyan Harbor, which is located only two miles from the Lihue Airport, is centrally located on the island of Kauai. The condo invites you to enjoy the on-site pool, tennis, shuffleboard, and barbecue grills. A five-minute walk will take you to Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwii Industrial sea port, shopping areas, dining, and other activities. The condo is within two miles of Kauai's largest shopping center, three golf courses, theaters, cinemas, and Kauai's business center. Limited on-site amenities exist due to the abundance of attractions and amenities offered in close proximity to the condo.

Each Banyan Harbor unit has a wall unit
air-conditioner in the living room and
master bedroom, a TV with VCR and a
washer/dryer. All units are 2BR OCC: Max
6/Pri 4 with 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1
double bed and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are
allowed. A car is necessary to fully
enjoy the area. There is a housekeeping
fee of US$80 per week. Hawaii resorts
collect a Transient Accommodations Tax
based on unit size of approximately US$20
to US$40 per interval confirmed. Condo is
three stories and has no elevator. There
is no smoking allowed anywhere on the
property. There are steep and narrow
stairs located in each unit, which some
may find difficult to negotiate. Handicap
accessible facilities are not available at
this older timeshare facility. The Condos
are located only two miles from Lihue
airport and across the street from
Kalipaki Beach and Nawiliwili Sea Port.
It's central location on the island is
within 2 miles of Kauai's largest
shopping center, numerous restaurants,
island activities, and golf. Check-in is
4PM; check-out 11AM. Free wireless access
throughout the property and pool area.
