As part of Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach Resort's All-Inclusive Vacation Package, guests enjoy accommodations, full breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks; unlimited beverages, cocktails, wine; daily activities and fitness programs; unlimited non-motorized water sports with complimentary lessons' enrollment in the Viva Wyndham Kid's Retreat; live nightly entertainment; all taxes, surcharges, gratuities and more!

Stay a minimum of 2 nights or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability. December 17, 2009 is the last night for hotel stays.

Accommodations offered as part of this auction are in a Superior Room with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children.) High bidder may upgrade their room to a Superior Ocean View Room for an additional $20.00 per person per night.

Children Rates:
- Up to 2 kids age 2 & under stay, play, and eat for FREE all year!!!
- Up to 2 kids age 3 - 17 years may stay for an additional $25 per child per night.

Extra Person Rate: $70.00 per person per night when sharing a room with two adults.

Single Supplement: Accommodations are based on double occupancy but a single supplement of $55.00 per night additional is available for those traveling solo. Single parents staying with children must pay the single supplement.

Seasonal Surcharges per person per night apply during certain time periods. Please see below for details.

Tax and service charge of $39.00 per person per night are additional.
