have 1 bath and either a queen bed, a
sleep sofa, or a queen murphy bed. 1BR
units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units
OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 or 2 baths, 1
queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
No pets are allowed. The resort is set on
a hillside and it is a short walk down to
the beach. Not all units have an ocean
view. Some buildings have more than one
floor and no elevators. A car is
necessary to see area attractions. The
coastal rail system runs near the resort,
and guests may experience some noise and
vibration. *Occupancy limits are
strictly enforced.* Violation of the
occupancy limits will result in a fine of
US$100 per day.
