Wave Crest condominiums feature original
works by local artists; the resort boasts
the community's largest privately owned
collection of local original art outside
of area museums. Each Wave Crest unit has
a television and a DVD/VCR player.
Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and either a queen bed, a sleep sofa, or
a queen murphy bed. 1BR units OCC: Max
4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1
sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6
have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin
beds and 1 sleep sofa. No pets are
allowed. The resort is set on a hillside
and it is a short walk down to the beach.
Not all units have an ocean view. Some
buildings have more than one floor and no
elevators. A car is necessary to see
area attractions. The coastal rail system
runs near the resort, and guests may
experience some noise and vibration.
BLUFF CONSTRUCtion from 6-5-07 through
6-5-08, 10pm -4:30an. There will be
drilling and loud noisy. OCCUPANCY LIMITS
ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. Violation of the
occupancy limits will result in a fine of
US$100 per day.
