Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen
complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven
washer and dryer. Amenities include a
telephone, stereo system, CD player, VCR,
and televisions. All units include a bath
with a whirlpool tub. The units are not
air-conditioned; however, tropical island
trade winds keep units cool. There are
also celing fans in all of the units. 1BR
units OCC:Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 king bed, a
pull-out sleeper sofa and a full bath.
2BR units OCC:Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 king in
the master bedroom, a queen bed or two
double beds in the second bedroom, two
baths and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Units
are non-smoking, pets are not allowed and
a car is recommended. The resort is
required, by the State of Hawaii, to
collect a transient occupancy tax ranging
from approximately US$20-$45 per unit/per
week based on the unit type. Resort has
two floors and no elevator. For special
needs call: 808/826-2802 and for after
hours assistance: 808/826-6549. Crowing
roosters can be heard at all hours and
flocks of chickens roam the island.
