The vacation condominiums at Lifetime in
Hawaii at the Royal Kuhio are Studio units
OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath with a shower
only, 1 queen bed and one sleep sofa. All
units have window air-conditioners,
telephone, cable television, VCR, DVD and
feature a balcony. There are laundry
facilities on the building's seventh
floor. No pets are allowed. A car is not
necessary to enjoy your vacation as there
is a good public transportation system in
Honolulu. ***Effective 5/9/2009, RCI
Exchange Guests will have to pay US$5/day
+ 4.7% tax for parking.*** After 5:00
pm, the security guard located in the
lobby, will have room keys. There is a
US$150.00 security deposit on a credit
card required upon check-in. All Hawaii
resorts will charge a state Transient
Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms.
This tax will be approximately US$20-$40
per wk/per room & will be collected
at check-in. Mastercard and Visa are the
only credit cards accepted at the resort.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm in room 2214.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
