The Orlando Metropolitan Resort is located on Orlando’s most dynamic destination, International Drive, with hundreds of shops, entertainment & dining options at your door step. The Orlando Metropolitan Resort is just two miles from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, eight miles from Walt Disney World, Pleasure Island and Downtown Disney. The Orlando Metropolitan Resort is close to Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet 'N Wild Water Park, the Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Pointe Orlando, Mercado Marketplace, and the YMCA Aquatic Center. The hotel is also a mile from the Orange County Convention Center and just 13 miles (15 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport.
The Orlando Metropolitan Resort is proud of their affiliation with the esteemed YMCA Aquatic & Family Center located on site. The YMCA Aquatic & Family Center has three heated indoor pools, totaling more than 1.4 million gallons of water. These pools are used for lessons, swim & dive team practices, competitions, classes, and family fun. In addition they have a full state-of-the-art wellness center which offers the newest Cybex and Body Masters weight machines, a full cardio-theater as well as a 1200 sq.ft. free weight area. The guest room’s features include refrigerator, in room safe, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, Cable TV with on demand movie and Nintendo system, telephone with voice mail, data port, individual climate control. We offer a scheduled shuttle service to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World & Wet n’ Wild. Stay a minimum of 1 night or up to 14 nights as desired and based on availability. Tax and service charges of $32.00 per room per night additional. Resort Fee: A mandatory Resort Fee of $5.00 per room, per day must be paid by the guest directly to the hotel.
