fireplace, 2 TVs, VCR, washer and dryer.
1BR Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 2 double beds
and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR Max 8/Pri 6 or Max
8/Pri 4 all have 2 baths and varying bed
structures. Unit occupancy enforced under
community association rules and
regulations. There is limited
handicapped accessibility and no
elevators. Call resort in advance
regarding special needs. US$50 security
deposit and confirmation required at
check-in. Pets are not allowed. The
child care center is open year round
providing day care only. Some amenities
are seasonal. There are discounted fees
for the use of some amenities. Due to the
resort size, a car is recommended. Shuttle
service available on the property during
scheduled hours. Contact Recreation Dept.
at Ext. 1155 for activities & seasonal
trips to New York City, Philadelphia,
& Atlantic City. Ski seasons vary
