Highlights

Park Avenue is close to all that Park City has to offer. Skiing is three blocks away. Park West, Park City, and Deer Valley ski areas offer facilities with 20 chair lifts, in addition to the West's longest passenger gondola. The mountains have designated trails, bowl areas, and slopes with a summit of 10,000 feet. In summer, enjoy golfing, hiking, fishing, and horesback riding. Four lakes, offering water sports, are within 20 miles. The outdoor seasonal pool is closed from mid April through Memorial Day weekend and then again from the beginning of September through mid November.

Each Park Avenue Condominium is equipped
with many amenities including a
dishwasher, microwave, and television.
One and two bedroom units have gas
fireplaces. There are no elevators and the
units do not have air conditioning.
Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath
and 1 queen murphy bed or a sleeper sofa.
These units have a partial kitchen which
includes a microwave (no cooktop or
oven). 1BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have
1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and 1
murphy bed. 2BR units OCC: Max 8/Pri 6
have 2 1/2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 sleep
sofa and 2 murphy beds. NO UPGRADE IN
UNIT SIZE IS AVAILABLE. OCCUPANCY LIMITS
ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. No pets are
allowed. There is a US$50 security
deposit required at check-in, refundable
within 14 days after check-out. Mid-week
maid service is available for a fee and
24 hr prior request. A car is
recommended, but not necessary, to enjoy
your stay. Corporate office hrs in Salt-
Lake City M-F 8:30am-5pm and the on-site
check-in office in Park City is 4pm to
6pm. You must call the resort in advance
to obtain key information if late arrival.
