Highlights

Within a 35-mile radius of Val Chatelle are Keystone Mountain, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Vail. Ski seasons vary each year, contact the resort prior to confirming. In summer, there are tennis courts at the resort, and 5 world class golf courses within 35 miles, including a Jack Nicklaus course 8 miles away. In the area is horseback riding, jeep touring, fishing and white water rafting. Lake Dillon presents more opportunities for boating and fishing. There are over 100 miles of paved bicycle pathways open May to November.

All units at Val Chatelle III have a gas
fireplace, television, microwave , oven,
hot tub, washer/dryer, CD/stereo, and a
VCR. No elevator. All units are 2BR
with a loft OCC: Max 8/ Pri 8 with 2.5
baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1
sleep sofa. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE
ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. A bus to the
ski areas stops 3 blocks from the resort.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the
area. Check-in at Americana Resort
Properties, in Dillon, is on Friday at 4
pm. Check- out is at 10 am. The resort
will also confirm your stay and provide
late check- in instructions if you plan
to arrive after 6pm. A credit card
imprint (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) will
be required at check-in for deposit. In
case of emergency, the telephone number
is 970/468-8363. A US$100 surcharge is
added for late check-outs.
