Accommodations offered as part of this auction are based on double occupancy in a Superior Room with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons (including children.)
Room upgrade is available and may be quoted upon request -- depending upon number of nights chosen -- and will be assessed upon submission.

Child Discount for 3 night stay:

• From June 01 - August 31, 2010:
  • Up to 2 Children age 12 years & under will receive a discount of $200.00 per child when sharing a room with adults.
  • Up to 2 Children age 13 - 17 years will receive a discount of $140.00 per child when sharing a room with adults.
• During Other Stay Dates: 
  • Up to 2 children age 17 years & under will receive a discount of $140 per child when sharing a room with adults.
    
    An additional child discount amount will apply for those extending their stay beyond 3 nights -- depending upon number of nights chosen -- and will be assessed upon submission.

Extend Your Stay up to 6 Nights!
High bidder may extend their stay from 3 nights up to 6 nights (based on availability) for an additional cost per person as follows:

From 3 Nights to ....
.. 4 Nights: +$70 per person
.. 5 Nights: +$140 per person
.. 6 Nights: +$210 per person

Single Supplement: Accommodations are based on double occupancy but a single supplement of $135.00 additional is available for those traveling solo or rooming solo.  Single parents staying with children must pay the single supplement.  
An additional single supplement amount will apply for those travelling solo and extending their stay beyond 3 nights -- depending upon number of nights chosen -- and will be assessed upon submission.
