Winter brings skiing to Park City, and its ski area offers 87 runs. Deer Valley ski area, a mile away, and The Canyons, three miles outside of town, offer additional skiing options. Once the snow melts, enjoy the five superb golf courses in the area, including one designed by Arnold Palmer and another by Jack Nicklaus. Other summer activities include horseback riding, hiking, tennis, and balloon rides.

Your unit at Park Hotel Condominiums
features brass appointments, and antique
furniture. Each unit also has color
television, and VCR, and a ski locker.
The units do not have air conditioning.
All units are 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1
bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
No pets are allowed. A US$25 key deposit
and US$100 security deposit are required
upon check-in. Check-in is Saturday from
4pm to 10pm. Any other time must be
cleared with the resort manager. The
whirlpool spa and exercise room are
available at all times on the lower level.
Children under 18 years of age must be
accompanied by an adult when using them.
A car is NOT recommended. Excellent public
transportation is available. There are a
limited number of parking passes available
for purchase. Call to reserve one. Limited
public parking is approximately two blocks
from the Hotel and is available on a first
come first serve basis. No pets allowed.
