The story of the highly successful Daily Grill restaurants began in 1984, when the three founders opened The Grill on the Alley, an embodiment of straightforward, classic American fare, located in Beverly Hills. The Grill on the Alley was modeled after the great big city grills of yesteryear; the three founders sought to maintain the tradition of those fine, old establishments by offering first-rate fare, attentive service, and a familiar, clubby atmosphere.
