You will be checked into the unit
confirmed by RCI. Views vary and cannot be
guaranteed. Unit numbers starting with 5
or 6 are located in buildings with two
floors and no elevator. There is a
mandatory US$10 per unit/per day
amenities fee and a refundable US$200
security deposit required at check-in (No
checks, Discover, or Diner's Club
cards). No Pets allowed and parking is
limited. Most units have a balcony except
studio units starting with 3 or 4.
Parking fee of US$20 per week is charged;
and an extra car is US$20 per week, space
allowing. All units have a full Kitchen
including microwave, conventional oven
& dishwasher (except 10 EFF unit
numbers starting with 3 & 4). Units
have free wireless internet access.
Efficiencies OCC:Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath,
1 queen bed (all in the same room)
Studios OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1
queen bed or a murphy bed, and a queen
sleep sofa (all in the same room). 1BR
OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed
and a queen sleep sofa. 2BR OCC: Max
6/Pri 4 have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin
beds and 1 queen sleep sofa.
